Our Head Roaster, James, combines a background in Public Health with over a decade of experience in specialty coffee roasting and café management. His work exploring coffee quality standards, along with time spent on farms across South America, shaped our unique approach: instead of accepting common defect tolerances, we hand-sort our beans to remove imperfections, resulting in a cleaner, more refined, and truly distinctive cup.

Andi brings creativity and care to every detail, crafting small-batch syrups using thoughtfully sourced organic ingredients. Each flavor is designed to feel both comforting and elevated.
